Company History
Broadcast Radio started life as a project to develop basic playout software for a University Radio station at the University of Hull. This early software formed the basis of what is now know as Myriad and the team that worked on the software went on to form P Squared Ltd in 1997 to further develop and market software for the radio industry.
P Squared developed a full suite of commercial grade radio software covering playout, scheduling, news and logging and their technology can be found in stations as wide ranging as large commercial broadcasters (like talkSPORT in the UK) to tiny internet radio stations.
As the company developed, it expanded to offer complete solutions to both radio and education and in 2015, the company was re-branded from P Squared to Broadcast Radio Ltd to better reflect the full range of products and services we offer.
Along with it's School Radio brand Broadcast Radio has installed technology in more than 600 educational establishments across the UK and more than 1000 radio stations around the world.

Broadcast Radio is more than just a medium, for most people involved in radio it is a lifelong passion.
